KARACHI: Gold on Thursday surged to a new high of Rs109350 per tola, up by Rs50 on the local market, traders said.
The yellow metal was traded for Rs93707 per 10 grams, up by Rs43 on the local market and was quoted for $1806 an ounce, low by $2 on the world market. Silver was selling for Rs1100 per tola, Rs943.07 per 10 grams and $19.27 an ounce, they said.
