ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari telephoned Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and discussed the current situation in the country with him, said a press release issued on Wednesday.

The two leaders expressed concern over the worst economic situation since the budget. Talking to the leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F), the PPP chairman said that he raised questions on government corruption but Imran Khan did not give any answer.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the government has failed on all fronts.

In addition, Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari said in a message on the social networking site Twitter that he had held a press conference yesterday on the failures of the PTI government on the Kashmir issue, the economy and the coronavirus. -PR
