Over Rs150bn distributed so far under Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program

More than Rs153.55 billion has been distributed among the 12.68 million people so far under the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program.

As per details of the data released on Wednesday regarding the amount disbursed through the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program, so far the amount has been distributed to more than 12.68 million people across the country in which more than Rs 153.55 billion has been distributed among the beneficiaries.

The statement said that Rs69.68 billion was distributed among more than 57.58 million people in Punjab and Rs7.73 billion was distributed among more than 636,000 people in Balochistan.

Besides, Rs26.23 billion was distributed among over 2.1 million beneficiaries in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Rs45.46 billion distributed among over 3.7 million people in Sindh, Rs3.51 billion distributed among 205,000 people in Azad Kashmir and Rs2.51 billion distributed in Gilgit-Baltistan among more than 90,000 people.

Meanwhile, more than Rs800 million was distributed to more than 66,000 people in Islamabad.
