LAHORE: The Punjab police in its ongoing crackdown against violators of the Punjab government's issued corona SOPs have, so far, checked 1, 72,948 shops across the province out which 19,744 were sealed over violations. This was disclosed at a meeting presided over by Punjab IGP at the central police office (CPO) on Sunday. In the session, the IG was informed that from June 6, around 1, 72,948 shops have been checked across Punjab and up till now 19,744 shops were sealed upon violation.
