Khurram Mehran promoted as director public relations PTA

Khurram Ali Mehran has been promoted as Director (Public Relations), Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). Earlier he was serving as Deputy Director (Public Relations). He has vast experience in journalism, broadcasting and public relations. M.Phil in Mass Communications, Mr Khurram enjoys the singular distinction of two gold medals in Masters (Mass Communications).
He has also been engaged in lecturing and research on media affairs with different universities. He has also contributed articles and features to leading newspapers on telecom sector of Pakistan. He has been posted as Director (Public Relations), PTA Headquarters. -PR
