ABIDJAN: Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast reached around 252,000 tonnes by Nov. 6 since the start of the season on Oct. 1, exporters estimated on Monday, down about 30 percent from 362,000 tonnes in the same period of the previous season.
Exporters estimated that 21,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to port in the West African state's commercial capital of Abidjan and 20,000 tonnes in the southern city of San Pedro for a total of 41,000 tonnes from Oct. 31 to Nov. 6, down from 60,000 tonnes in the same period last season.
