Former justice Aslam Riaz passes away

Aslam Riaz Hussain, former Judge of Supreme Court of Pakistan, passed away here on Wednesday after a protracted illness. Aslam Riaz worked in different positions including Federal Ombudsman.
His Namaz-e-Janaza was attended by the judges of the Supreme Court, High Court and officers of the lower judiciary.
The office-bearers of the Lahore High Court Bar Association. Lahore Bar Association, law officers, senior officials of the High Court and elite of the city also joined the funeral.
