imageISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would visit the United Kingdom from April 30 to May 2, at the invitation of British Prime Minister, David Cameron to discuss bilateral ties.

Foreign Office Spokesperson Tasnim Aslam while giving the details of the visit said, Prime Minister would hold discussions with his British counterpart on matters of mutual interest.

He would also hold meetings with select UK cabinet ministers. The Prime Minister would also address an Investment Conference and meet select chief executives and investors from the financial and energy sectors.

The spokesperson said the interaction of Prime Minister during this visit would apprise investors on improving business environment in Pakistan. The Prime Minister would also meet members of the Pakistani diaspora.

The visit would further strengthen the close cooperation and excellent relationship which existed between Pakistan and the United Kingdom, said the spokesperson.
