President saddened over demise of poet Riaz ur Rehman Saghar

KARACHI: President Asif Ali Zardari Saturday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of renowned poet and literary figure Riaz ur Rehman Saghar who passed away after protracted illness.

In a condolence message the President lauded the contributions of Riaz ur Rehman Saghar towards literature and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.

The President also prayed to Allah Almighty to grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.
