Regarding ANP stance against war on terror, he said ANP believed in nonviolence and its workers have rendered invaluable sacrifices to secure peace for the generations to come and terrorism would be eliminated from the globe through our struggle.

To a query, Wyne said ANP would take part in the election at all cost despite threats, adding that some elements wanted to delay election in the country and set up a technocrat government for three years to achieve their vested interests.

Regarding delay in election, he said the election would be held on time, adding that the delay in election would create anarchy in the country.

He said the upcoming election is very important for the solidarity and integrity of the country, adding that the election would decide the fate of the nation.

He said democratic system and parties are the only solution to keep the country united.

Regarding seat adjustments with other parties, Wyne said ANP has always contested election independently and it would not enter into seat adjustments with any party.

About the formulation of the next government, he said no party would emerge as single majority party in the upcoming election, adding that he foresaw coalition governments in the center and the provinces.

About ANP's opposition to Hazara province, ANP General Secretary said the party would have supported the cause of Hazara province, had 50 to 60 percent people of the area demanded the same, adding that the people of the area do not support a separate province.

He dispelled the impression that ANP could lose election in the area despite opposition of one division, saying Hazara people supported Pakistan Muslim League in the past as well.

When asked about ANP agenda in the upcoming election, he said that ANP would strive against feudalism, oppose politics on the basis of religion, ensure elimination of capitalism, economic equality, promotion of female education and formation of independent foreign policy in the interest of the people of Pakistan.

Regarding Kalabagh Dam, Wyne said Kalabagh dam was dead horse which was not needed to be flogged, adding that the dam issue was opposed by the three federating units.

About fielding candidates in Punjab, Wyne said that ANP has issued tickets to 11 candidates on National and provincial assembly seats in Punjab.
