LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has said religious sentiments and feelings of the Muslims have been hurt by the anti-Islam film and the government expresses its extreme anger over the blasphemous vadio.
In a statement issued on Thursday, he said the profane film was highly provocative, extremely deplorable and heart-rending and deserves maximum condemnation.
He said no religion, society or philosophy allow such freedom of expression which is against the larger interest of humanity and completely violates the norms of equity and justice.
He said "while registering our protest, we should remain peaceful and not damage public and private property at all."
