Karachi Central district tops in sale of subsidized wheat flour

KARACHI: As many as 1.413 million bags of wheat flour weighing 10kg each have been sold at subsidized rates under an scheme of Sindh government in all the five districts of Karachi from 1st of Ramadan till date, Commissioner Roshan Shaikh said.

He told media during visit to different areas of city on Thursday that over 0.5355 million wheat bags were sold in Central district, 0.484 million bags in South district, 0.1808 million in Malir district, 0.1898 million in East district and 0.1454 million bags in West district.

The wheat bags are sold at the rate of Rs.100/- per 10kg.
