RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Monday at 19,062.71 points with a negative change of -11.34 and volume of 89,874,900 shares. High and Low were 19,225.12 and 19,003.01 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 13 were up, 17 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 125,221,420 shares. Total companies traded were 341 of which 160 were positive, 165 were negative and 16 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 21,396,700 shares. It was followed by Technology and Communication with a total traded volume of 17,398,200 shares.
