KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Thursday at 20,581.45 points with a negative change of -140.83 and volume of 46,170,200 shares. High and Low were 20,722.28 and 20,540.76 respectively. Of 29 companies traded, 4 were up, 25 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 81,350,490 shares. Total companies traded were 336 of which 118 were positive, 202 were negative and 16 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 11,227,700 shares. It was followed by Engineering with a total traded volume of 10,503,100 shares.
