MOSCOW: Russia's finance ministry will finish choosing the banks that will arrange its sovereign Eurobond issue by the end of February, Konstantin Vyshkovsky, the head of the ministry's state debt department, told reporters on Monday.
The process is expected to be completed by the end of this month.
