Power shutdown programme issued

FAISALABAD:Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) issued shutdown programme for Tuesday due to necessary repair, maintenance and expansion of electricity lines.

A FESCO spokesman told APP on Monday that power supply from General Hospital and Jalal Street feeders emanating from 132-KV University grid station, Ahmad Nagar and Chishtian Park feeders originating from 132-KV Sammundri Road grid station, Meema, Bilal Spinning, Rana Textile, Rafi Cotton, Mari, Kohistan, Anjum Textile and Bilal feeders emanating from 132-KV Shahkot grid station, F-5 feeders originating from 132-KV Bandala grid station will remain suspended from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

while Mongi Road feeder emanating from 132-KV Gojra grid station, Phulko, Barkat Pura and Niamoana feeders originating from 132-KV Sammundri Road grid station, Raza Town-1, Hamdard-1, Jhumra Road and Malik Pur Road feeders emanating from 132-KV SPS grid station, Atomic Energy feeder originating from 132-KV Jhang Road grid station, Muzaffar Colony feeder emanating from 132-KV Sammundri Road grid station, 7-JB and Sargodha Road feeders originating from 132-kV Chiniot grid station, Bahaduray Wala feeder emanating from 132-KV Industrial Estate grid station, Khiyaban Colony feeder originating from 220-KV Jaranwala Road grid station, Bhaiwala feeder emanating from 132-KV Nishatabad grid station, 240 Mor feeder originating from 132-KV Jaranwala grid station, Akbar feeder emanating from 132-KV Scarp Colony grid station, Sufi Di Kothi feeder originating from 132-KV Lundianwala grid station, Sitiana Village feeder emanating from 132-KV Sitiana grid station, Jewan Shah feeder originating from 132-KV Kamal Pur grid station, Jhok Maliya feeder emanating from 132-KV Chiniot grid station, Taja Beerwala and Anayat Ali Shah feeders originating from 132-KV Bhowana grid station, new Riaz Abad and Pathan Kot feeders emanating from 132-KV Chenab Nagar grid station and Barana feeder originating from 132-KV Barana grid station will observe shutdown from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday (Jan 22).

Similarly, electricity supply from People Colony, Khizra, Khiyaban, KTM-1 and National Colony feeders emanating from 220-KV Jaranwala Road grid station will remain suspended from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon whereas Kashmir Road and Rehman Abad feeders originating from 132-KV Narwala Road grid station will observe load shedding from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Jan 22.

Meanwhile, electricity supply from all feeders emanating from 66-KV Ashiyana grid station will also remain suspended from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Tuesday (Jan 22).
