KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Thursday at 20,957.34 points with a negative change of -321.90 and volume of 65,980,900 shares. High and Low were 21,331.36 and 20,884.47 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 5 were up, 25 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 103,728,020 shares. Total companies traded were 361 of which 101 were positive, 239 were negative and 21 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 20,219,900 shares. It was followed by Chemicals with a total traded volume of 11,278,810 shares.
