PMEX daily trading report

On Monday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, PMEX Commodity Index closed at 3,076. The traded value of Metals, Energy and COTS/FX was recorded at PKR 4.317 billion and the number of lots traded was 6,370. Major business was contributed by currencies through COTS PKR 1.481 billion, followed by gold PKR 1.445 billion, DJIA PKR 399.698 million, WTI crude oil PKR 391.304 million, NSDQ100 PKR 205.668 million, platinum PKR 145.036 million, silver PKR 93.687 million, natural gas PKR 87.865 million, SNP500 PKR 40.647 million copper PKR 24.880 million and Brent crude oil PKR 1.728 million.
In agricultural commodities 94,998 lots of red chilli amounting to PKR 17.099 million were traded.
