QWP KP chief voices concern over increasing terror attacks

Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) Provincial Chairman Sikandar Hayat Khan Sherpao has expressed concerns over the rapid increase in terrorism activities in KP and asked the provincial government to take appropriated measures in this regards. He said that due to the ill political well, the provincial led government has failed to take any concrete steps for the protection of the masses and innocent souls.
He said this while addressing the party distract meeting at Watan Kor Peshawar, wherein QWP central General Secretary Hashim Khan Babar, Secretary Political Training Asad Afridi and others were also present. He said that due to the apolitical behaviour of provincial led government leadership the lives of the general public have been put on stake and the fresh wave of terrorism is one big example of the failure of the political will in the province.
Sikandar Sherpao said that the people of the province have rendered numerous sacrifices in the war against terrorism but the government is yet to take concrete steps for the protection of their lives and property, and National Action Plan hasn't delivered any concrete results. He said that the entire leadership of PTI isn't interested to solve the problems of the masses and Imran Khan has only objective and that is to become the prime minister of the country and his entire politics is only limited to Punjab. QWP KP chief said that KP is facing serious financial and administrative problems but the provincial government is spending millions of rupees on media campaigns to highlight its so called achievements although they delivered zero in the PTI led province. He stressed that KP needed an honest and competent leadership for its wellbeing to steer the province out of the existing unique and exceptional problems. He said that it is a concomitant obligation to have an honest and wise leadership to bring the real changes in lives of the masses, not the one who waste precious time of the general public by just sloganeering.
He expressed grave concern over the unannounced and excessive gas loadshedding in the parts of KP. He said in summer the electricity and in winter the gas loashedding has made the lives of the people the province miserable. He said that QWP was the staunchest opponent of the early polls in the country as it will harm the unity and democracy in the country and weakens the state's institutions.
