More rains forecast

Met office has predicted further rains in the week ahead while advising the citizens to stay health conscious that is likely to be affected by a change in weather conditions.Meanwhile, the rains downpour during the week has held back the winter season and the temperature dropped drastically to 8 degree centigrade at the lower and 20 degree centigrade at the higher end on Saturday morning.
This drop in mercury has intensified cold weather by and large, especially after the hailstorm. Met office sources said the snowfall in hilly areas also contributed to the change in weather conditions. It may be noted that the spring is on the anvil and a change in weather has already been witnessed by the citizens. However, the ongoing rains spell has reintroduced cold breeze to the city.
