KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Friday at 19,192.06 points with a negative change of -480.48 and volume of 86,899,300 shares. High and Low were 19,672.54 and 19,140.79 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 1 were up, 29 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 135,415,020 shares. Total companies traded were 363 of which 60 were positive, 288 were negative and 15 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 20,877,800 shares. It was followed by Chemicals with a total traded volume of 17,682,250 shares.
