Company was started by Six Partners Mr Sohail Yousuf as CEO; Mr Faisal Afzal, Mr Usman Ashraf, Mr Bilal Afzal, Mr Umar Ashraf and Mr Taimoor Yousaf. MDS Foods is a franchisee of CKE International (US based char broiled burger chain).
In 2009 MDS Foods private limited launched the leading American quick service restaurant (QSR) Hardee's. First outlet was opened in November 2009 at MM Alam road. MDS Foods own 7 Hardee's restaurant in four major cities including Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and Multan. MDS foods will continue its journey by opening three new restaurants in 2014 and 5 more in coming two years. Company net worth is $10 million dollars. At Hardee's we make sure that our guests get a premium experience of juicy beef thick burgers. We have also given our guests experience of chicken burgers, side items, shakes, free refill of drink, table serving of food.

MDS Foods provide surplus food to SOS children on daily Basis. We provide free food to SOS children on every outlet opening. MDS foods takes responsibility and has internship program for disabled. We also provide Paid internship to students.
