ISLAMABAD: As Eid ul Fitr draws near, Like girls, Men also prefer to wear fashionable clothes on the special events like Eid, Wide range of ready to wear 'shalwar kameez, 'kurta pajama' suits for Men have flooded the markets with attractive sale this year.
A report aired by a private news channel said, as trend of wear Kurta is very favorite among Men of Muslim world, A spike in the sale of ready-made Men Shalwar suits has been witnessed in the federal capital before Eid-UL Fitr.
Many fabric sellers of gents' shalwar kamiz have entered the business of readymade suits. Many retailers admit that number of buyers has doubled as compared to the last year.
Various popular outlets of ready-made garments have opened up their franchises in the city’s main markets for customers’ convenience. They are offering varieties of men’s garments on the occasion of Eid.
Many garment outlets have displayed unique styles of Shalwar Suits and Kurta clothes on sale ahead of Eid in order to sell out stocks. Severe rush of men customers was witnessed on shops with such discounts, said a citizen Waqas Aslam.
Men equally want to compete women now and for this Eid preparations men look for the best outfits and they mostly prefer wearing the traditional kurta with shalwar on this special occasion of Eid, said a shopkeeper Ali Usman.
Kurta shalwar is the best option for Eid as it looks very decent and tradition should be followed on such occasions. Colours such as blue, pink, red, yellow, sea green and white are the trending colors for men this Eid, said a Men designer.
Digital printing has also got famous this year and a little block or digital printing on the sleeves can add beauty, he added.
Every year, the trend of kurta shalwar is same but the embellishments and stitching designs are always literally change, a shopkeeper Bilawal Zia said.
