KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Monday at 22,312.90 points with a positive change of 94.74 and volume of 48,978,200 shares. High and Low were 22,460.08 and 22,218.58 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 14 were up, 16 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 88,458,220 shares. Total companies traded were 325 of which 126 were positive, 179 were negative and 20 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 14,478,400 shares. It was followed by Chemicals with a total traded volume of 9,262,970 shares.
