RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Wednesday at 25,068.46 points with a positive change of 158.27 and volume of 147,817,600 shares. High and Low were 25,080.63 and 24,910.19 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 17 were up, 13 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 248,106,920 shares. Total companies traded were 365 of which 193 were positive, 157 were negative and 15 were unchanged.

Technology and Communication was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 29,334,500 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 26,082,200 shares.
