ISLAMABAD: An accountability court of Islamabad Wednesday adjourned a reference against former finance minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar for accumulation of assets beyond known sources of income till March 20.
Accountability court judge Mohammed Bashir while adjourning the case observed that the charge-sheet against his three co accused would also be framed on next date of hearing.
The judge on March 5 decided to indict co-accused National Bank of Pakistan President Saeed Ahmed and two directors of Dar's company namely Naeem Mehmood and Mansoor Rizvi in the supplementary reference filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against the former finance minister, on next hearing.
Two co-accused case during last hearing challenged their expected indictment and the judge after hearing the arguments placed by defence counsel Hashmat Habib, reserved his decision.
