ISLAMABAD: In yet another military-to-civilian placement, Maj Gen Qulbul Hussnain was appointed Additional Secretary-I, Defence Division, on a secondment basis with immediate effect and until further orders, said a notification issued by the Establishment Division on Monday.
He replaces Maj Gen Umar Farid, the notification said. Maj Gen Hussnain belongs to the Pakistan Army’s Punjab Regiment.
