Dr. Khan, renowned for his groundbreaking contributions to science and technology, left an indelible mark on Pakistan’s history.
Chancellor Akbar Ali Khan underscored that Dr. Khan was not only an outstanding scientist but also a cherished friend of Engr. Zakir Ali Khan, my father.

Throughout their friendship, Dr. Khan frequently shared personal anecdotes and valuable insights with my father, exploring various avenues for the growth and development of the Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET).
His role as a member of the Board of Governors was pivotal, as his foresight and mentorship helped shape the future of the institution.
