LAHORE: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif returned home on Saturday afternoon after completing his official visit to Saudi Arabia.
During the visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan signed the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement, aimed at opening new avenues for defence cooperation and further strengthening the fraternal relations among the three countries.

The agreement is expected to provide a new dimension to defence cooperation among Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye and further consolidate their longstanding brotherly ties.
During his stay in Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also performed Umrah.
