LAHORE: Members of the Provincial Assembly (MPAs) from Khushab, Asif Malik and Zafar Abbas Khan called on Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday and discussed national political affairs, development projects and issues relating to the constituency.

On the occasion, the MPAs apprised the chief minister of the public issues being faced by the people of Khushab. CM Punjab assured them that the issues would be addressed.

The MPAs congratulated the chief minister on securing the overwhelming confidence of the people in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and thanked her for the launch of the electric bus service in Khushab. They also paid tribute to her for presenting 10 electric buses to the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) was the most popular public party in Punjab as well as across the country and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
