Pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited announced on Tuesday the appointment of Dmytro Oliinyk, VP Head of Finance, International Region of GlaxoSmithKline, as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson.
The company disclosed in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.
It said that Dmytro will fill in the casual vacancy due to the resignation of Lai Kuen Goh from the Board of Directors of GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited.
GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a limited liability company and is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of research-based ethical specialities and pharmaceutical products.
The company is a subsidiary of S.R. One International B.V., incorporated in the Netherlands, whereas its ultimate parent company is GlaxoSmithKline plc, UK (GSK plc)
