Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) announced on Monday a change in the management of the company.

The company disclosed the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.

The notice said that Abdulrahim A, Al Nooryani had resigned from the post of Director of the Board of the company with effect from January 1, 2026.

The listed company shared that Khalifa Al Shamsi had replaced Nooryani.

Incorporated in Pakistan on December 31, 1995, PTCL provides telecommunication services in Pakistan.

The company owns and operates telecommunication facilities and provides domestic and international telephone services and other communication facilities throughout Pakistan.
