ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday adjourned a case registered against incarcerated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founding chairman Imran Khan and others in connection with Federal Judicial Complex (FJC) attack without proceedings due to non-availability of judge.
ATC-II adjourned a case registered against Khan and others at Secretariat Police station regarding FJC attack till February 6 due to absence of Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra.
Due to judge’s absence, statements of the witnesses could not be recorded.
During the hearing, PTI leaders and workers were represented in court by Sardar Muhammad Masroof Khan and other lawyers.
