ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday directed the relevant authorities to ensure world-class standards, transparency, and complete digitisation in the execution of the Jinnah Medical Complex and Daanish University projects.

During his visit to the sites, the prime minister was given a detailed briefing on the projects being constructed in the institutional sector along Srinagar Highway.

It was informed that 600 kanals of land had been allocated for Jinnah Medical Complex and 800 kanals for Daanish University developments.

JMC construction: PM calls for acceleration of work to meet project’s deadlines

Officials informed the prime minister that water-supply works will be completed within two months, while the PC-1 had been prepared in consultation with experts.

On the occasion, the prime minister stressed that only the most credible and well-reputed companies must be pre-qualified and awarded the contracts to ensure the highest construction and operational quality. He ordered that all payments be processed through a third party to maintain transparency.
