LAGOS: Nigerian stocks climbed to a one month high on Monday after the index of its top five oil shares rose 4.2 percent in early session.
The stock market, which has gained 12 percent so far this year, rose 1.4 percent to 43,482 points by 1045 GMT.
Oil service firm Caverton led the gainers up 9.95 percent, followed by Japaul Oil's 9.52 percent and Seplat's 8.56 percent.
