According to unofficial and unverified results, 11 candidates from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have won the Senate seats from Punjab, while both the Senate seats from Islamabad have also been won by PML-N candidates.

Four independent candidates have been elected from FATA. The four candidates include Hidayatullah, Hilalur Rehman, Shamim Afridi and Mirza Mohammad Afridi.

Meanwhile out of 12 seats, Pakistan Peoples Party has managed to secure five general seats from Sindh. Successful PPP candidates includes Maula Bux Chandio and Raza Rabbani, who has been re-elected.
