KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 19.642 billion and the number of lots traded was 14,225.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 11.259 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.347 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.947 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.589 billion), Platinum (PKR 368.874 million), Copper (PKR 299.247 million), Silver (PKR 247.770 million), Natural Gas (PKR 242.085 million), DJ (PKR 133.153 million), SP 500 (PKR 91.148 million), Japan Equity (PKR 75.197 million) and Brent (PKR 41.077 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 13 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 82.608 million was traded.
