MOSCOW: Russia's economy is on track to expand by between 1.5 and 1.8 percent year on year in the first quarter of 2018, the central bank said on Friday.
In 2017, Russia's oil-dependent economy expanded by 1.5 percent, undershooting the government's target due to a drop in defence sector spending.
