Futures spread down 554bps

KARACHI: The futures spread declined by 554bps to 8.84 percent on the last day of the previous week. Trading activity on the futures counter slightly improved as average daily volumes increased by 13.4 percent to 19.98 million shares as compared to previous week’s average of 17.62 million shares.

Average daily traded value on the futures counter increased by 9.7 percent during this week to Rs 0.91 billion against previous week’s Rs 0.83 billion.
