FRANKFURT: European Central Bank President Mario Draghi's testimony to the European Parliament's committee on economic affairs has been delayed due to travel-related issues.
Draghi's hearing was due to begin at 1400 GMT. The committee said it now expects to begin Monday's session at 1440 GMT.
