Special Court to hear Musharraf treason trial on March 8   

ISLAMABAD: A special court constituted to trial former President Pervez Musharraf under high treason act for subverting and abrogating of the Constitution by proclamation of emergency in the country on November 3, 2007 has fixed for hearing on March 8.

A three-member Special Court bench headed by Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Yahyah Afridi and include Justice Yawar Ali and Justice Tahira Safdar will hear the case.

The Special Court registrar has also written a letter to the local administration for the provision of security and other related matters.
