MULTAN: District administration has decided to launch three-day Anti-polio campaign from March 12 onwards.
Deputy Commissioner Nadir Chathha chaired a meeting in which it was decided that over 800,000 kids would be administered anti-polio drops. As many as 1823 mobile teams would perform the services for this purpose. Camps would also be set up at some points in the city.
Nadir Chathha noted that district Multan was free of polio for the last five years. He instructed tight security arrangements for polio workers. The CEO Health Dr. Shahid Bukhari, ADC Revenue Kamran Khan and Assistant Commissioner city Mubashar Rehman were also present.
