KARACHI: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and Sindh government submitted a judgement of ECP before Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday regarding local government elections.
A bench of SHC headed by Chief Justice Ahmed Ali Shaikh and Justice Yousuf Ali Saeed heard the constitutional petitions against not holding local government elections filed by Pasban Democratic Party (PDP), Muttahida Quami Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P), and Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi.
On the instructions of SHC chief justice, copies of the judgment were supplied to the parties and the hearing of the case was adjourned.
