KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 13.380 billion and the number of lots traded at 13,314. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 5.991 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.368 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.255 billion), Silver (PKR 1.192 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 423.928 million), Platinum (PKR 394.446 million), DJ (PKR 344.582 million), Copper (PKR 176.422 million), SP 500 (PKR 151.297 million) and Natural Gas (PKR 82.335 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 4 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 2.562 million were traded.
