KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 8.237 billion and the number of lots traded at 7,581.

Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 4.232 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 1.647 billion, NSDQ 100 PKR 916.255 million, silver PKR 610.394 million, platinum PKR 297.617 million, crude oil PKR 273.667 million, natural gas PKR 151.628 million, DJ PKR 84.925 million, SP500 PKR 20.412 million and copper PKR 3.518 million.
