ISLAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) on Tuesday declared final results of its intermediate (F.A) programme Semester Spring, 2017 and placed the same at the University's official website.
According to Controller Exams on Tuesday, result of BA program will be announced within a week. Results of Matriculation, PTC, CT, ATTC, PhD (Business Administration) were already been declared.
The results’ declaration is well before closing of admissions’ date for the spring semester 2018 This facilitates the continuing and fresh students to take admission in the next program. The last date for the ongoing admissions is March 5.
Meanwhile, the Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Shahid Siddiqui has advised the 44 regional offices all over the country to take all possible measures assisting the aspiring candidates in the admission process.
The students’ enrollment had been showing upward trend in the recent years due to the revised admission policy that encourages the students to carry on their future study. The annual enrollment has already crossed 1.3 million.
A number of steps were taken during the last three years, that brought about qualitative improvement in the University's overall education system.
