Ayyan Ali is back with new music coming soon

Former model and singer Ayyan Ali is all set for a comeback with seven new songs coming up, the artist has revealed.

"Time to ride and double check my upcoming seven tracks in one of my favourite oldest lambo," posted the 'Earthquake' singer on Instagram over the weekend, saying she's working hard to make sure her first release in five years "sound[s] awesome."

Ayyan returned to social media at the end of February after a four-year break to announce she's working on new material and to thank fans for sticking it out with her. She has also asked fans to subscribe to her YouTube channel, where her ouevre has gained millions of views.

"My song 'Earthquake' [has] had more then 30 million plays on SoundCloud and 15 million views across on YouTube ... It’s so good to have so much love [and] positivity I have gotten through you guys from 2009 to up till now," she wrote.

In 2015, Ayyan Ali was arrested at Islamabad airport and accused of money laundering after she was found carrying with $506,800 in cash enroute to Dubai. However, after a highly-publicised trial and spending around four months in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail, she was granted bail, after which she travelled abroad.
