GB govt to set up 10 girls schools in Diamer: Hafeez

ISLAMABAD: Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman says CPEC and Diamer Bhasha Dam projects will put the entire region and Gilgit-Baltistan on the path of economic development.

Radio Pakistan reported that this he said while talking to a delegation of Diamer Press Club who called on him in Islamabad.

The Chief Minister said establishment of Karakorum International University (KIU) campus and Chilas Cadet College in Diamer will pave way for promotion of education in the region.     He said the Government will set up ten girls schools in Diamer for the promotion of female literacy in the area.
