Though Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is a fast-food chain, yet it produces stuff related to technology as well. Few months ago, the fast food chain produced a KFC-based smartphone, meal box-cum-charger, VR headset and now it has struck again with a chicken box that can turn into a drone.

Named Kentucky Flying Object (KFO), the box is available in India only where a person can eat their chicken and fly them too. The limited edition box comes in with a box of smoky grilled wings that will turn into a fully functional drone that actually flies.

When a person completes his meal, the box can be deconstructed into individual parts. The box has the general punch out parts and some mechanical items such as ‘KFO board’, battery, four rotors and LED that the person can assemble on their own with some DIY skills. The assembling instructions are also there on the KFC Drone website, reported Slash Gear.

Before using, the battery needs to be charged for 30 minutes and once the drone is completely charged and assembled, it can be controlled through a mobile app for both iOS and Android that is connected to the drone via Bluetooth, wrote The Verge.
