Equities move both ways on ISE

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Friday where investors adopted cautious approach amid increase in index. ISE-10 Index showed an improvement of 1.19 points from 2,591.76 points to 2,592.95 points. Turnover amounted to 157,000 shares as compared to previous volume of 231,868 shares.
Total 139 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (79) closed in positive territory and 60 closed in negative territory. The turnover of Arif Habib Corporation was 61,000 shares. The volume of PTCL was 35,000 shares. The turnover of Bank of Punjab was 25,000 shares.
